  Waited a while when there wasn't even many customers there. The 2 employees didn't seem to want to be there, not very friendly at all. The girl asked me my order twice and still got it wrong. Got something that wasn't even close to my order. Didn't seem very interested in the customers at all. Very slow and not very friendly, just not an overall good experience. Need people there in the morning that are going to help people start off their day better.

  I went there thinking I'd be able to run in & out quickly..I was WRONG! The batistas didn't say 1 word to me then they weren't giving drinks in order. People behind me got their drinks before I did & there were 3 people ahead of me. So after waiting patiently I just asked for my money back & I was told I had to get it back from customer service. Kroger customer service is AMAZING but Starbucks, not so much. Stick to Clevand Hwy.

  I always get screwed up drinks. Just go to the Cleveland Hwy. location. Their service and quality is much better.
