  Our family loves Logan's but they were awful yesterday. It took over an hour to get our food and they weren't packed. Then my husband's steak was so tough you couldn't saw through it. My fries were extremely salty and cold. No refills on bread and the hour and a half we sat there, only two drink refills. When we finally saw our waitress again I asked her did they have to butcher the cow to serve us. She said there's a bigger party in the back and they come first. Where I come from a table of 4 is just as important as a table of 20. The waitress sent the manager to the table because we seemed upset to her and he took $20 off our bill.

  It took over 40 mins to get our food and we were not there @ a busy time. We were informed the kitchen was backed up. Once our food came out the steaks were tough and cold. I have never been so disappointed in a steak restaurant.

  They don't even deserve a one star, but the lowest you can go is one star. All I need to say is watch out for your personal belongings.
