  What the hell is wrong with these guys. Just 1 family in the dining room and it still took 25 mins to get my meal.
  
  No wonder zaxbys across the street is packed. I came here because Zaxby's line was wrapping around the building.
  
  Makes sense now.

  While going through Drive-Thru I had 2 complaints. After paying for my food at the second window, I waited 15 minutes for them to hand me my food and I didn't have a large order! My second complaint is the person at the window that took my payment and handed my my food had a horrible attitude and didn't represent herself well! She didn't say anything when she handed me my food, and she didn't notify me that there would be a waiting time.
  The food was great, but the service makes it not worth going to Bojangles.

  Great food and great service.
  
  Of course, all Bojangle's have the same menu. So the real question is, whether the location does things right. And they do it right. No mistakes with the order, staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean.
